Do away with the washer whilst still spreading the bearing load. These hex flange set screws, also known as frame bolts, are 8.8 grade steel, providing high tensile strength holding power. The one-piece construction has the added benefit of proving some anti-loosening protection whilst the BZP (Bright Zinc Plated) coating provides corrosion protection.

Often paired with DIN 6933 serrated flanged nuts, their application and use is wide and varied but are often used in bed and truck frames and classic cars.

Available in a range of quantities to suit domestic DIY, one off-projects and commercial use.
