Used to make polyolefin and other low energy surfaces suitable for bonding with Bondloc cyanoacrylate adhesives. It is only recommended for use with difficult to bond substrates such as: polyethylene, polypropylene, polytetrofl uoroethylene (PTFE) and thermoplastic rubber materials.
